As our seasonal wheel of the year turns towards fall in the northern hemisphere, we are invited to turn within again. We are asked, yet again, to make our burdens lighter, so that we can walk freely towards the doorway of the fall equinox on September 22nd.
This new moon offers us a final release point before we spiral deeper into fall. It is a moment of deep reflection, awareness, compassion for where we’ve been and where we’re going.
This new moon asks us to lay down criticism and judgement of ourselves and others. It asks us to love what is unhealed in us and in the world. It asks us remember that all parts are needed if we are to become whole.
In this class, Nicole will guide a gentle and sensual embodiment practice to release any stuck or stagnant energy from the major organ systems of the body/mind/spirit vessel. We’ll gently invite love to wash through the rivers of our bodies, bringing relaxation, ease, and compassion.
We’ll end with a simple ritual for release and renewal under the crescent moon. This is an opportunity to hold what is broken in your hands, to grieve it will your whole heart, and to let it be. This honors what we love and lifts it high. It opens space to dream as we continue to spiral around the great wheel of time. The ritual ends with intention setting for this lunar cycle, and an opportunity to be witnessed in what you are birthing as the moon waxes into her full glory…
