This workshop aims to invoke a feeling of love truly opening in the body. We’re cultivating a felt sense of the open heart, the eternal flow of love that moves through us all.
We’ll dive into some powerful practices from Kundalini Yoga for the heart center, the arlcline, aura, and more. This practice can gently peel away the layers of heartache, heartbreak, pain, trauma, drama in order for love to spring forth once again. It can pull us out of the transactional patterns around love that keep us feeling lack, grief, resentment, loneliness, and more.
This beautiful experience is perfect for cultivating self-love, compassion, depth and care in existing relationships. It can also be a powerful magnetizing practice for those not in relationships, but would like to be. Come ready to receive whatever love medicine you crave.
