The jade egg is an ancient tradition with Taoist roots. It is rich practice (much like yoga) to bring you into total health, balance, vibrancy, especially (but not limited to) your sexuality. It’s been described as “yoni yoga”. This ancient and potent practice is gaining popularity in the west as an effective way to increase sexual pleasure in women, strengthen and relax the pelvic floor, deepen your connection + love for your yoni + body and so much more. Some of the many benefits of regular jade egg play is heightened sensitivity in the vagina and more epic orgasms, as well as deep-level healing of stored stress and trauma in the body and sexual organs.
In this luscious initiation experience, we’ll talk about the rich history of this practice, how to physically + energetically cleanse your jade egg, and we’ll experience some basic and powerful practices using the jade egg. You’ll participate in an self-initiation experience of anointing your egg with all the qualities you want to experience in your sexuality and in your body. You’ll also experience Taoist practices to activate and distribute sexual energy through the body for healing and magnetism.
The jade egg is a egg-shaped jade stone for your yoni. There are rich and powerful practices (movements, breathing, visualization, meditation, mantra, etc) all to bring overall health, well-being, pleasure, and liberation to your body and yoni! During the class, you won't need to insert the egg. All practices can be done with or without a jade egg.
This is a safe and sacred space to fully drop in to your body, your yoni, in whatever way feels right for you.
You will receive an audio recording of a follow-along jade egg practice to do in the comfort of your home as part of your registration, after the workshop is complete.
Cost of the class does not include the cost of a jade egg. If you do not have a jade egg and would like one, you can purchase one from Nicole. This practice is traditionally done with high quality, undyed, pure jade egg. You can purchase one of these high quality, traditional eggs from Nicole for $65.
Both Friday and Saturday night are the same workshop, same content. If you so wish, you may attend both! The jade egg is a unique experience every time it is used. You go deeper with each experience.
Class is suitable for absolute beginnings. Even those who feel a little nervous :) You are welcome here. Class is also suitable for those who have already had some jade egg experience, but would like to participate in powerful sisterhood and group energy of cleansing and activating your egg, as well as experience new practices to deepen your current jade egg practice.
